REFUND POLICY

All sales from the NaturalEdu store are final. At this time, due to temporary logistics issues, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased from the NaturalEdu store.

We know that a no-refund policy is not ideal, and we are working on it! Our return policy will be updated to allow returns and exchanges when conditions are appropriate once again.
